Hey, I'm Kingsley Ugwuosi (Kachikodes)

I'm a full-stack engineer who builds complete, production-grade web products — the kind that handle real payments, real users and real edge cases, not just demos. Most of my work today is in TypeScript: Node.js APIs with Fastify, full-stack Next.js, and React front-ends styled with Tailwind and a lot of hand-written CSS.

I came up through PHP and Laravel — I even built this site in vanilla PHP — so I understand what a framework does for you and what it hides. That foundation is why I care about the unglamorous parts: server-authoritative logic, clean data models, security, and code that still reads well six months later.

Lately I built OK Interiors, an AI-operated e-commerce store on Next.js 16 (Paystack, exactly-once webhooks, an AI shopping assistant), and RestaCare, a multi-tenant property-management SaaS on Fastify + PostgreSQL (subscription billing, RBAC, 2FA). Shipping those end to end taught me more than any tutorial could.

I also move fast. I've learned to pair real engineering judgment with AI tooling like Claude Code to get from a problem to a working product in a fraction of the usual time — without losing the plot on quality. If your team values clarity, ownership and actually shipping, we'll get along.
